We're a community of over 500 Sign Language Interpreters, Translators, Notetakers, Lip-speakers and STTRs across the UK, Ireland and beyond, running live, practical CPD sessions shaped by what our members actually need.

Should you, or someone you know, require a BSL, ISL, English, or Welsh interpreter to participate in any session, please let us know — accessibility requests can be pre-booked by messaging or emailing us as soon as you book.

Our Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel a pre-booked CPD session. We’re happy to offer a refund for regular session tickets if the request is made at least 14 days before the session.
If the request is closer to the session date, we’ll try to issue a refund if we can find a replacement from our waiting list. If you have a colleague or friend who can attend in your place, we can assist with transferring the ticket.

Series tickets are non-refundable after the first session. Tickets are generally non-transferable unless agreed in advance.

Booking, administration, and ticketing fees are non-refundable when applicable.
